Where does MK Physician Associates provide care?
We serve patients across the state of Kansas, offering on-site medical care at various locations outside of traditional office settings. We can see you in your private residence, independent living apartment, assisted living, home plus or group home, memory care, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, and long-term care settings. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our patients and families, ensuring continuous care throughout their lives, no matter the setting.
What if I already have a doctor? Can I continue to see my primary care provider (PCP)?
At MK Physician Associates, we are happy to assist you while you transition in care, during post-discharge recovery, or when you are unable to visit your primary care provider in person. Our team works alongside your existing doctor to ensure you receive the care you need in these situations, without replacing your primary care provider. Once you’re able to return to your regular doctor or the transitional care is complete, we’ll make sure to seamlessly return you to their care.
Can MK Physician Associates write prescriptions and order tests?
